Atty. Antonio M. Santos of the UP Law Library attended the 1st Meeting of the CONSAL XIV Executive Board which was held in Hue City, Vietnam on April 19, 2007 at Duy Tan Hotel. He was joined by the other two members of the Executive Board from the Philippines, Ms. Susima L. Gonzales, President of the Philippines Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI) and Mrs. Prudencia C. Cruz, Directory of the National Library of the Philippines (NLP). The meeting was also attended by other members of the Executive Board of CONSAL XIV from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
