• Mondays - Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Sundays and Holidays - CLOSED. Opening hours reduced during semestral breaks.
  
  All bonafide students of the U.P. Sysytem may use the University Library, College of Law Library hereinafter referred to as the library and unit libraries, subject to the rules and regulations governing their use.

Local Online Public Access Catalogs (OPAC) -  MAELISA is the law library's online catalog, with author, title, subject and keyword searching of titles cataloged since 1997.

CDROM COLLECTION

• Department of Justice Opinion of the Secretary - The opinions of the Secretary of Justice, dating back to 1939.
• Environment and Natural Resources
• Jurisprudence - 1901 to present - The decisions of the Supreme Court, since 1901, constitute the third volume of the series. Patterned after the Philippine Reports, this CD ROM publication also contains the text of available case syllabi and synopses and over 35,000 judicial opinions.
• Laws - 1946 to present - A full-text versions of the Philippine Constitution, Republic Acts, Mga Batas Pambansa, Presidential Decrees, Executive Orders, Presidential Proclamations, and Letter of Instructions.  Other official acts of legislative or statutory character are also compiled here.
• Taxation - Contains the rulings, opinions, memoranda, circulars, and official acts of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, as well as international tax treaties and local tax ordinances. Also included here are related laws,  jurisprudence (emanating from the Supreme Court of Tax Appeals), and executive issuances.
• Local Autonomy and Local Government - Contains a topical compilation of jurisprudence promulgated by the Supreme Court, as well as policy instructions issued by the Constitutional Commissions and 30 government agencies and offices.
